Glenda is a magician from the Wizards of Oz and the current Witch of the South.
Personality[]
According to Lavinia, Glenda was an extremely kind and gentle person who is deeply passionate about studying magic, teaching Lavinia the belief about Magic being a miraculous power that can bring happiness to everyone. Having accepted Lavinia as a student, treating her with unconditional love and care as her surrogate guardian after her parents's death for four years. However, in reality, Glenda is unscrupulous whose only concern like most of the other members of Wizards of Oz is strengthening her own magic skills and knowledge singlemindedly. Due to her purpose in researching Sacred Gears, she took Lavinia under her care only to have the chance to study her Longinus Absolute Demise, when she had finished her research, she sent Lavinia to Grauzerberer under the pretext of letting her socialise with other magicians, unbeknownst to Lavinia, Glenda had already chose to severed ties with her, even start a false rumour of being attacked by a fellow Magician of Oz to covered up her actions and disappearance. Glenda also had no qualms offering her Sacred Gear research to dangerous people such as Augusta which allow them to create the Utsusemis to aid the Utsusemi Agency in starting the Four Fiends project, apathetic to the chaos and harm that they would cause.
When Augusta contacted Glenda, informing her about Lavinia who has been desparately searching for her, Glenda's only respond was a cold refusal, outright telling Lavinia she had effectively cut off their ties to each other.

Master Magician: As the current Witch of the South, Glenda is veteran master magician, having taught Lavinia how to use magic.
Master Tactician: Glenda has shown to be cunning, opportunistic and an excellent manipulator, having acted as a loving mentor to Lavinia, successfully encouraging her to accept her Longinus despite her childhood's resentmemt towards it which simply to use it as a chance to study the Absolute Demise, she has shown being able to effectively covered up her involvement with Augusta, by starting a rumour of being attacked by a fellow member of the Wizards of Oz, even destroying her former home in a the forest where she had once raised Lavinia to provide fake evidence, fooling even Grauzerberer and her own student.

- Glenda is based on Glinda, the Good Witch of the South from the children's novel; The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, where she offers Dorothy and her friends advice on their journey. She is also the most powerful sorceress in the Land of Oz, ruler of the Quadling Country South of the Emerald City, and protector of Princess Ozma.
